These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kuriosity website and Student Portal (kuriosity.live), operated by Kuriosity. By using our site or signing in to the Student Portal, you agree to these Terms.
Kuriosity is a father-son tutoring service offering instruction in Math, Physics, and Computer Science.
The Student Portal uses Google Sign-In. Where a student is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to be aware of and involved in their enrollment and use of the portal. We may add or remove course access to your account as your enrollment changes.
Specific arrangements for lessons — scheduling, pricing, and format — are agreed directly between Kuriosity and the student or their parent/guardian, outside of this website. These Terms cover use of the website itself, not the terms of any individual tutoring arrangement.
Any materials shared through the Student Portal (notes, links, resources) are provided for your personal educational use as an enrolled student. Please don't redistribute or publish them elsewhere without asking us first.
We do our best to provide high-quality tutoring, but we can't guarantee specific academic results, grades, or exam outcomes — these depend on many factors outside our control.
We may update, change, or temporarily take down parts of the site (including the Student Portal) as we continue to develop it. We'll try to avoid disrupting your access to course materials when we do.
We may suspend or remove access to the Student Portal if it's misused, or if a student's enrollment with us ends. You can stop using the site and sign out at any time.
We may update these Terms as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
